Job Description

RFP Writer – Hybrid

2 days a week in NYC office and 3 days a week remote
For more than 45 years, RCM Health Care Services has provided staffing solutions to the finest health care institutions across the nation. We specialize in permanent placement of Nursing, Health Information Management (HIM), Rehabilitation, Managed Care, Allied Health Care Professionals and Physicians as well as temporary placement and Travel Nurse assignments.

Overview:

  • Full-Time Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home each week
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Purpose (Job Summary):
The Request for Proposal (RFP) Specialist will be responsible for supporting the proposal process for RFPs, RFIs, and IFBs. This role is responsible for assisting in researching, writing, editing, reviewing, and producing proposals. This role will be responsible for new content and editing/updating existing content. Also, will monitor daily our bid sites and tracking to watch for new RFPs.

Skills / Personal Attributes Required

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with proposal software desired
  • Strong writing and editing skills, an excellent communicator
  • Work independently and in a collaborative environment efficiently
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-oriented atmosphere
  • Critical thinker and a quick learner
  • Effective both independently and as a team member
  • Professional experience in researching, writing, editing, reviewing, and producing proposals

Formal Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)

  • Bachelor’s degree

Pay:

Salary: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
