Regional Nurse Director – Registered Nurse – Leadership Role
Full-Time | Monday–Friday Business Hours | Brooklyn, NY
Salary: $140,000/year
An established healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to oversee and support clinical operations across its home care services (CHHA) in Brooklyn. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned home care nurse looking to move into a leadership position. While the role carries the title “Regional Director,” it functions primarily as a supervisory position and does not require prior management experience.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day clinical activities and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Provide guidance and support to clinical staff, resolving personnel and patient-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for Certified Home Health Agencies.
• Use sound professional judgment to address operational needs and maintain service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health, or human services.
• Minimum 2 years of home care or equivalent experience.
• Current NYS RN license.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
