PHYSICAL THERAPIST Outpatient
South side Chicago Outpatient Facility seeks Physical Therapist
JOB SUMMARY:
Metro South Chicago Health Center seeks Physical Therapist for Outpatient Adults. Weekdays.
Work includes Outpatient Adults
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Physical Therapist will provide diagnostic, consultative and treatment services for outpatient clients.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday day time hours 8-4pm.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Physical Therapist as licensed by the Illinois Dept. of Financial and Professional Regulation.
- PT with outpatient experience.
- Credentials to be completed prior to and upon hire.
COMPENSATION:
- Depending on experience.
- Competitive salary and benefits available for those working 30 hrs/wk or more.
