Job Title: Accounting Analyst (Fund/Equity)

Overview: 

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Accounting Analyst with experience in US accounting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant equity-related reporting for publicly listed US entities, including preparation of data supporting SEC filings (10-Q and 10-K) and our equity plans.

You will work closely with US Accounting and Finance teams, serving as a key support function for equity compensation reporting, audits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Run, extract, and analyze E*TRADE reports to support US quarterly and annual financial filings (10-Q and 10-K).
• Validate and reconcile equity award data including RSUs, stock options, and ESPP.
• Perform data checks and reconciliations between E*TRADE and internal US financial systems.
• Support audit requests, internal controls, and documentation for US reporting.
• Maintain strong understanding of equity plan administration workflows within E*TRADE.
• Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and coordinate with E*TRADE support teams.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs and process documentation for equity reporting.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis related to equity grants, vesting schedules, exercises, and outstanding awards.
• Ensure compliance with SEC and internal control standards.Qualifications
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or equity compensation supporting US accounts.
• Hands-on E*TRADE experience, particularly in running and validating reports is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
• Advanced Excel skills; comfortable handling large datasets.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for working with US-based stakeholders
