Job Description
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Metro Chicago south suburban hospital-affilitated OUTPATIENT CLINIC seeks OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST for Full time opportunity.
Responsibilities:
* Occupational Therapist will provide direct screening, assessment, consultation and treatment services for outpatient caseload.
*Maintain accurate and timely patient records, billing, schedules and other paperwork as required.
*Demonstrate flexibility and responsibility to assist when staff is absent and or workload fluctuates.
*Additional duties as assigned.
*Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
Qualifications:
*Occupational Therapist as licensed by the Illinois Dept. of Financial and Professional Regulation.
*OT must have relevant experience with outpatient. Will consider new grad with strong clinical experience.
*Credentials to be completed prior to and upon hire.
Compensation:
*Competitive salary and benefits available for those working 30 hrs/wk or more. Medical, dental, vision, and legal services plans available. Short and long term disability optional, life insurance and 401k plan. PTO is accrued as is sick time. Continuing education/licensure funds offered. Some benefits available to part time employees.
