.Physical Therapist

We are partnering with Chicago area schools to find pediatric physical therapists for the 2024-25 school year.. Students with PT needs are in all grades and a variety of programs.

Particular need is on the far north side of the city and the southeast side of the city.

Responsibilities:
*Provide physical therapy services (diagnostic and treatment and consultation)  to students with physical therapy needs.
*Coordinate with school staff to meet students' IEP  requirements.
*Prepare, present and attend IEP, Conferences, Parent meetings  as appropriate.
*Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Experience:
*Prefer Physical Therapist with pediatric experience; will consider a new grad with appropriate  clinical experience.
*Pediatric or School based  PT preferred.

Skills
*PT license as issued by IDFPR.
*Able and willing to travel to multiple sites if caseload requires (travel time is paid).

Work Hours
*Follow school hours Monday-Friday; depending on the school’s hours.
*31.25 hr/wk

Salary and Benefits
*$43/hr for new grad, other salary based upon experience. Weekly pay.
