Part Time School Nursing Supervisor – Must be a Registered Nurse! 

Registered Nurse Supervisors needed for school districts in California!

We are currently recruiting Registered Nurses to join our school nursing team around San Francisco, CA!

Responsibilities:

• Monday – Friday. Times will of course fluctuate and depend largely on coverage, school times, paperwork, meetings etc.
• Supervise all School Nurses 
  • Emergencies
  • On-site school visits
  • Any other clinical issues
  •  All Documentation (Orders, EAP’s, Student Care Plans)
• Orient school nurses
• Assist with in-services for updated materials/protocol
• Attend Department of Education Meetings and Trainings
• Work with DOE and maintain an excellent rapport
• Work closely with Department Administrator
• Stay up to date with current nursing news
• Serve as a professional link between the recruiters, healthcare providers, families, staff and community agencies
• Report directly to Department Head

Requirements:

• Valid RN License with all up-to-date Nursing Credentials
• Minimum 1 years of pediatric experience
• Prior supervisory and/or instructor experience preferred, but not necessary 
• Must be proficient with systems – Electronic Medical Records are a requirement of the school district 

Compensation:

• $45-50/hr depending on commitment level
