Job Description
South Suburban School District seeks Social Workers
We are partnering with a south suburban Chicago school program to find Social Workers for the 2024-2025 school year.
*Working with students presenting with communication disorders, ASD and or social/emotional needs. Caseload might include preschool – HS.
Requirements:
- Hold PEL as a Social Worker
- Experience working collaboratively in a student-centered environment.
- 1-2 years’ experience a plus. Will consider a new grad with appropriate clinical experience.
- Credentials to be collected prior to and upon hire.
Work Hours:
- Follow school hours with 30 min unpaid lunch.
Salary and Benefits:
- $40/hr for new grad, other salary based upon experience. Weekly pay.
- Earn PTO and Continuing Ed/Materials funds.
