Position Summary

A well-established long-term care facility is seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join its team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality care and supporting residents and their families with empathy and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and guidance to residents and their families
• Monitor residents’ health status and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document care services accurately in resident and departmental records
• Ensure quality of care by adhering to facility standards and nursing best practices
• Maintain resident confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
• Follow all infection control policies and protocols

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong knowledge of current healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to implement and follow policies and procedures
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
