Job Description
RCM Health Care is looking for a school based Physical Therapist provide services to ONE student in their home or mutual public meeting location, in Swanton, OH 43558, MUST BE IN PERSON.
We require for you to have:
- Active Ohio Physical Therapy License
- Active Ohio Department of Education Certificate
Compensation:
$70 to bill for 1 hour pre-case record review
$70/hr to attend IEP meeting
$20 flat per cancel of session
$300 flat for eval
$50 flat per cancel of eval
