Large Home care agency with an office in the Bronx, is currently seeking Field RN’s to join their growing CHHA. These roles are field based and come with a strong salary and compensation package as well as a 15k sign on bonus. With openings available in the Bronx, Lower Westchester or Manhattan, they will certainly be able to accommodate most desired territories. Please apply for more details!

The CHHA home care RN conducts home visits providing skilled clinical assessments, patient education, and direct nursing care to their patients in their own homes. The home care RN coordinates skilled services within the patient’s interdisciplinary team as well as directs the patient’s paraprofessional services. Positions available in Bronx, Lower Westchester or Manhattan
The ideal RN candidate is a dedicated, compassionate, and confident clinician with a current NYS RN license and strong organizational, communication, written, and customer service skills. We expect our nursing candidate to be competent with Microsoft office, and have a reliable mode of transportation in order to conduct home visits. A BSN degree, prior CHHA experience, and a working knowledge of Home Care Home Base EMR are preferable. Will consider training if strong acute care RN exp.
Compensation: $105,000 min. to $110,000 max annually + 15k Sign on
