Job Description
Vision Specialists K-12
We are partnering with school programs in the Marion Counties to hire skilled Vision Specialists for full time opportunities during the 2024-25 school year.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*The Vision Specialist provides assessment, consultation, technical assistance, and/or direct instruction for children and students with vision impairments and who are eligible for WESD Regional services.
*Services include providing support to families, teachers and staff.
*Braille Competency required.
*Remain knowledgeable of state and federal special education requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS: *Masters degree. Completion of program in Vision Impairments as required by Oregon TSPC.
*Experience preferred. May consider new grad.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
