PHYSICAL THERAPIST Outpatient and Inpatient Acute Care PRN
Metro Chicago and South side seeks PRN Physical Therapist
JOB SUMMARY:
Metro Chicago Health Center seeks Physical Therapist for PRN. Weekdays and weekends available. Medical district and near south side.
PRN work includes Acute Care and or Outpatient Adults
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Physical Therapist will provide diagnostic, consultative and treatment services for outpatient clients.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday day time hours (IP and or OP) and Weekends (IP). Near Medical district and near south side.
- PRN: at least 1 day/month.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Physical Therapist as licensed by the Illinois Dept. of Financial and Professional Regulation.
- PT with outpatient experience. (PRN: Acute and or OP)
- Credentials to be completed prior to and upon hire.
COMPENSATION:
- Depending on experience.
- Competitive salary and benefits available for those working 30 hrs/wk or more.
