Job Description
RCM Health Care is looking for BCBA’s through out Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia Counties to provide services to home bound students. BCBA must feel comfortable providing services within the home.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducts assessments, such as: Functional behavior assessments (FBA), Practical Functional Assessment (PFA), preference assessments, VB-MAPP™, ABLLS-R™, AFLS®, Essential for Living, Inventory for Good Learning Repertoires, etc.
- Responsible for coordinating, scheduling, communicating, and continually evaluating the effectiveness of functional behavior assessments, behavioral evaluations, and behavior intervention plans for Monitors client progress and makes program changes to ensure client is moving toward terminal goals for discharge.
- Assures clients and caregivers receive interventions regularly
- Selects and delivers appropriate interventions to clients experiencing gaps in care.
- Observes and assesses client skills and progress to inform recommendations for ongoing intervention and behavioral programming.
- Collaborates and consults with service providers on client’s treatment and progress.
- Fulfills authorized hours by client by providing services within students home
- Maintains professional conduct in all interactions with clients
- Adhere to BACB’s Professional and Ethical Compliance Code
- Cultivate a culture of Compassion, Excellence and Reliability for our employees, clients, and their families.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board® (BACB®)
- Be eligible to supervise candidates under the BACB requirements for BCBA and RBT.
- Have knowledge of, and experience in using, evidence-based interventions, such as functional behavior assessments, discrete trial teaching, functional communication, verbal behavior, self-management, and differential reinforcement,
- Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; including the use of technology.
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
- Interest in professional development and advancement
- Solid communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with the Autism population
• Proven leadership skills
