Director of Sales – Assisted Living
The Director of Sales is an integral part of the Continuum of Care which includes the Senior Living Sales and Marking Division. This role is responsible for building and growing the senior housing census by developing relationships with existing referrers and developing new leads through an account management system as well as the optimization of cross utilization of continuum services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the sales and marketing functions of the community including effectively selling the community’s services and the community through networking, event planning, sales, public relations, community events and developing relationships with the surrounding community of health care providers and referral sources.
- Census stabilization of Senior Housing’s Private Pay and Medicaid Assisted Livings and Independent Living Apartments census.
- Appropriate reporting of community outreach effort outcomes and direction on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Develops a strategic plans for the marketing and selling of senior living housing
- Prepare and complete action plans
- Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
- Resolve problems
- Complete audits
- Identify trends
Qualifications Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred from an accredited college or university in marketing, business management, business administration, communication, health care administration or a related field, experience in sales and marketing, preferably with senior housing or a healthcare facility with five years of progressive management experience required.
Compensation:
- $100,000 – $120,000 annually plus commission and bonuses
