Job Description
The TEMP role will be for approximately 60-90 days to complete tasks such care plans, monthly calls, follow ups and field work in the Manhattan area.
Must possess a current NYS RN License and registration. Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing required with a minimum three (3) years of RN experience. Bilingual Mandarin or Cantonese.
Must have Care Management, UAS and MLTC experience
