Healthcare Recruiter Overview:

• Schedule: Full-time, Mon – Fri
• Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (EST)
• Hybrid: 3 days in person (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays), 2 days remote

Healthcare Recruiter Qualifications:

• Must have experience and established relationships in selling and/or recruiting to health care related roles.
• Previous experience recruiting health care professionals.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Assertive, motivated, and able to adapt to frequent changes and high volume of open job orders.

Healthcare Recruiter Experience:

• 1-2 years of OPWDD recruiting experience with a staffing agency is highly preferred.

Healthcare Recruiter Compensation:

• $50,000 – $60,000 salary range (depending on experience) + commission structure
