Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Anaheim, CA

RCM Health Care Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in Anaheim, California. This full-time, in-person position is available starting mid-March (ASAP) through June 6, 2025. CFs are welcome to apply!

Speech Language Pathologist Position Details:

• Discipline: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
• Start Date: Mid-March (ASAP)
• End Date: June 6, 2025
• Work Setting: General Education and Special Day Class (SDC)
• Caseload: Pre-K through 6th grade
• Remote Option: Not available

Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in general education and SDC classrooms
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine speech-language needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to foster student success
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with state and federal special education guidelines

Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications:

• California SLP License or CTC Credential
• CFs accepted
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Speech Language Pathologist Compensation:

• $40 – $52/hr.
