Licensed Physical Therapist – Outpatient Setting
Location: Fairfield, CA, 94534
$85k – $95k + Sign on Bonus!
Are you a licensed Physical Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity in an outpatient clinic? We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join a supportive, patient-focused team dedicated to delivering high-quality care.
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate, treat, and develop personalized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes
- Supervise Physical Therapist assistants and aides as needed
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation
- Stay current with industry standards and continuing education
Requirements:
- Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist program
- Active state licensure/registration
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and support patient mobility
