Job Description
Our client provides a comprehensive range of services, including medical, behavioral health, dental care, and a full-service pharmacy. Their mission is to serve as a medical home for patients—a trusted place where they can access all their healthcare needs under one roof.
Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) – Bilingual Spanish
Location: Hartford, CT (Onsite)
Salary: $60K – $85K
Client participates in the NHSC Loan Repayment Program
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician to join our client’s team. Two positions are available—one working with adolescents and the other with adults.

Behavioral Health Clinician Responsibilities:
- Conduct intakes and behavioral health assessments
- Maintain an active caseload while meeting productivity standards
- Make appropriate referrals and coordinate care with other providers
- Deliver high-quality, culturally competent care
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- CT independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 0-5 years of experience in behavioral health
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
