CT Technologist – Brockton, MA | $80K–$95K DOE (Unionized Job)

Our healthcare recruitment team is working with a reputable hospital in Brockton, MA, currently seeking a CT Technologist to join their Radiology team. This is a full-time position with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a supportive environment for professional growth.

The ideal candidate will have documented radiography training, CT experience, and the appropriate licensure and certifications required to work in Massachusetts. In this role, you’ll perform a variety of technical CT procedures, contribute to quality assurance efforts, and play a key role in onboarding new technologists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all CT procedures as outlined in the Radiology Policy Manual
• Meet technical competency standards for the modality
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure efficient and safe patient care
• Support ongoing education, safety initiatives, and quality improvement programs

Required Qualifications:

Education/Training: Documented training in Radiography; CT-specific experience strongly preferred
Licensure/Certification (All Required):

• Current BLS certification
• Current Massachusetts BCEH (Full/General) license in CT
• Current Massachusetts BCEH license in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, or Radiation Therapy
• ARRT registered certification in Computed Tomography (RT(CT))
• ARRT certification in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, or Radiation Therapy

Compensation:

$80,000 – $95,000/year, based on experience
