Staffing Coordinator for Paraprofessionals – New York, NY – Hybrid

RCM Health Care services is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to assist in coordinating staffing for our DOE Paraprofessional program. Some work will be independent while other work will require collaboration with other members of the RCM Health staff.

Staffing Coordinator Overview:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri,  8:30am-5:30pm
• Hybrid: in office 3 days (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and 2 days work from home (Tuesdays and Fridays)

Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• The Staffing Coordinator owns the overall responsibilities of the success at a borough level
• Building onsite support teams and overall program support.
• Communication coordination across districts.
• Manage and track staffing.
• Serve as the main point of communication with the DOE and schools.
• Coordination and staffing of current open needs through out the school year.
• Manage data reporting of case assignments.
• Support meetings and presentations with district and school coordinators.

Staffing Coordinator Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 1-2 year(s) of related professional experience preferred

Staffing Coordinator Compensation:

• $55-57k based on experience
