Compensation: Salary range is $70,000 to $80,000 with additional bonus and incentives

Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager, RFPs and Proposals to lead and grow our RFP division. This individual will oversee the full life cycle of proposal development—coordinating responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other formal procurement opportunities in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will also guide client onboarding and renewals, shape content strategies for our digital platforms, and lead rebranding efforts to position RCM as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities

  • Proposal Management:
  • Lead end-to-end proposal development, including content creation, formatting, compliance checks, and timely submission.
  • Analyze RFP requirements and develop detailed project plans, timelines, and response strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (recruiting, legal, finance, compliance, operations) to gather and synthesize input.
  • Client Onboarding & Renewals:
  • Direct the client onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition from proposal to implementation.
  • Manage contract renewals and monitor deadlines to ensure ongoing business continuity.
  • Serve as a liaison between operations, legal, and clients to finalize service agreements and SOWs.
  • Content Strategy & UX:
  • Develop and maintain a library of high-quality, compliant proposal content and boilerplate language.
  • Shape content strategy for our healthcare app, with a focus on enhancing user experience and driving engagement.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with RCM’s brand voice.
  • Division Rebranding:
  • Lead rebranding efforts across proposal and digital materials, aligning with RCM’s strategic vision.
  • Ensure all content reflects RCM’s values, market positioning, and service offerings. Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Health Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
    • 5 to 20 years of experience managing RFPs or proposals, preferably in healthcare, staffing, or government contracting.
    • Strong writing, editing, and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with compliance standards, especially within healthcare and public sector procurement.
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with proposal management tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO) a plus.
    • Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and digital content strategy is preferred.
