Healthcare Recruiter – Chicago, IL

Overview:

• Full-Time, Hybrid: 3 days in the Chicago, IL office and 2 days’ work from home each week or full-time remote.

Job Summary:

• Ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting for our expanding Health Care clients throughout the US whose opportunities include nursing, therapy, and related roles.
• This individual will have the support of an experienced team of recruiters, sourcers, credentiallers, managers, and a wide variety of recruiting tools to help you reach your goals.

Job Duties:

• Perform full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
• Recruit for health care candidates by developing networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Create and maintain lists of potential targets for particular openings using our ATS and recruiting resources.
• Work with credentialing team to make sure candidates have all necessary and up to date paperwork.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years’ experience recruiting for nursing, therapy and other clinical/educational roles in schools and health care facilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Organizational skills a must.

Salary:

• $55,000 – $60,000+ minimum annual salary, plus commission structure.
