Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (with potential for overtime)
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven 2 years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Bilingual in Spanish
Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records
- Calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Perform data entry tasks
- Use QuickBooks and other proprietary software for bookkeeping
- Provide customer service and negotiation support
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- Filing and organizing financial records
Experience:
- 2 years of bookkeeping experience (with QuickBooks) and/or financial recording
