Are you an experienced Pharmacist looking to make a meaningful impact in a patient-focused setting? We’re seeking a dedicated professional to join our client’s team at their Philadelphia location. This full-time position offers a consistent weekday schedule, supportive team environment, and a critical role in patient care and medication safety.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacist, you will work closely with the Pharmacy Manager to prepare and dispense medications, ensure compliance, and provide valuable information to patients. Your duties will include:

• Reviewing and validating prescriptions for accuracy and legality

• Organizing and maintaining an efficient pharmacy layout and medication inventory

• Ensuring proper labeling, storage, and condition of all medications

• Preparing medications using correct dosages and materials

• Advising patients on proper medication use and responding to their concerns

• Maintaining detailed patient profiles and records

• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, Fraud Waste and Abuse, and all federal, state, and local regulations

• Supervising and directing Pharmacy Technicians, including scheduling and performance feedback

• Supporting pharmacy operations and performing other duties as needed

Qualifications:

Education & Licensing:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Active and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant pharmacy experience
