Job Description

Gorgeous Assisted Living facility located in the Bronx, NY, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Advisor to join their growing team. The Sr. Sales Advisor is responsible for supporting and assisting the Senior Living Sales & Marketing team in achieving the Community’s sales and revenue goals. Under the direction of the Director this role acts as a team lead for Sales, guiding and supporting the sales advisors and sales coordinators, providing regular reporting to the director and AVP of all sales activity, as well as collaborating with the team to implement necessary sales systems/processes.

Scheduled: Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday – Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Hands on sales execution within the Senior Living Communities by cultivating leads and converting to move-ins.
  •  The development and maintenance of a positive relationship with the resident and potential residents, and cultivate new business through direct and telephone sales, and interactions with professionals.
  • Conduct 1 full day weekly of field outreach and professional networking within the assigned territory.
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend a minimum of 2 professional events per month to enhance visibility and build referral pipelines.
  • Meets expected Independent Living (IL) and Assisted Living (AL) sales goals for sales contacts, appointments, completed sales and other performance metrics.
  • Take inbound, pre-screened leads and help guide families from initial consultation, to touring of facilities, and ultimately moving into a senior living community.
  • Conduct scheduled and walk in tours of Assisted Living Programs and Residences.
  • Coordinate interviews with applicants, their advocates and appropriate staff members using application forms.
  • Continuously build purposeful and professional referral partnerships through on-site and off-site outreach visits.

 Qualifications Skills:

  •          Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred from an accredited college or university with a minimum of four years’ experience working in a senior living community, sales or a related work field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation:

  • $70,000 – $80,000 annually plus commission and bonuses
