Job Description
Job Title: On-Call Nurse – Student Health Screenings
About the Role
We are seeking a Credentialed School Nurse (with School Nurse Services Credential) or a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-person student health screenings for triennial re-evaluations and initial IEPs. These screenings help determine how a student’s health may impact their school performance.
Responsibilities

Conduct health screenings including:

Vision

Hearing
-
Health and medical history review

Document findings in compliance with IEP requirements

Collaborate with school staff and families as needed

Provide services either at the student’s home or at an agreed-upon meeting place (some school offices may be available)
