Medical Assistant – Short-Term Clinic Assignment
Locations: Anaheim, Torrance, Irvine, Mission Viejo, CA
Pay: $24–$25/hour
Schedule: Weekdays, approximately 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Temporary | September Assignment
We are hiring dependable and experienced Medical Assistants to support short-term occupational health screening clinics. This is a hands-on, collaborative role ideal for professionals who thrive in organized, team-based environments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and documentation
• Provide both clinical and front desk support
• Maintain EMR documentation, scan forms, and support general administrative needs
• Ensure clinic flow is smooth and efficient while upholding HIPAA and safety standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in occupational health, urgent care, or outpatient settings
• BLS Certification
• TB Test and Physical (completed within the past 12 months)
• Strong multitasking skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Drug Test and Background will be completed before starting
