Job Description
Title: Full-Time Orientation & Mobility (O&M) and Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) – South San Francisco Unified
Location: South San Francisco, CA
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Pay: $45–$65/hour (higher depending on experience)
RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a full-time, dual-credentialed Orientation & Mobility (O&M) Specialist and Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to support students across South San Francisco Unified School District.
This is a high-priority position with a district ready to move quickly for the right candidate. You’ll provide direct services and consultation for students with visual impairments and mobility needs, working alongside a collaborative and supportive educational team.
Position Details:

Full-time, on-site (no virtual)

School-based caseload across multiple sites

Duration: Through end of the school year, with possible renewal

District preference: one provider who holds both O&M and VI credentials

Immediate start for qualified candidates
Requirements:

Active California credentials in O&M and/or VI (dual certification preferred)

School-based experience preferred but not required

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
