Job Description

RCM Healthcare is looking for a pediatric/school based SLP to provide therapy services within the students home in Watervliet, MI 49098. Student requires 45 min 2 times per week of services (45minutes 8x per month). Homebound child. Services to begin ASAP

Position Details

  • Role: Speech Language Pathologist
  • Hours: 45 minutes per session, 8 times per month
  • Rate:
  • $70-$75 per hour direct services only+ round-trip mileage at IRS rate
  • Virtual meetings billed at $60/hour
  • Cancellations/No-Shows billed half of session time
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Scheduling: Flexible—SLP to schedule with directly with caretakers, services can be provided during school, after school, evenings and weekends
  • Assessment Materials: Digitally provided by RCM

    This role offers excellent flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing high-quality support to students.
    Requirements

    • Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Michigan
    • Comfortable conducting in-person therapy sessions at students home 
    • Pediatric experience (required)
    • School-based therapy/IEP experience (preferred)
    • Personal computer with high-speed internet
    • Distraction-free workspace
