Job Description
RCM Healthcare is looking for an After School Athletics Coach to work Monday – Friday from 2pm – 6pm at a charter school for middle school students in Oakland, CA
Description:
Charter School is seeking an After-School Athletics Coach to support middle school students in a structured after-school environment. This role focuses on facilitating athletic activities, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, and providing positive supervision during after-school programming. The coach will help create a safe, inclusive space where students can build athletic skills, confidence, and healthy habits through sports and recreational activities.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 2pm–6pm
Credential Requirement: None
Education Requirement: None
Experience:
Previous experience working in a school or after-school setting is preferred. Experience supporting or coaching athletic activities such as basketball, soccer, football, volleyball, or similar sports is a plus. Extensive coaching experience is not required; the role is best suited for someone who is reliable, comfortable supervising middle school students, and able to lead structured athletic activities.
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $27-$29 per hour
Assignment Length: Through the end of the current school year, with potential continuation to the next school year.
