CHHA Occupational Therapist – Manhattan
Full-Time | Salary around $101,925+
A well-established nonprofit healthcare organization is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to provide home-based rehabilitation services in the Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Complete OASIS documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Supervise COTAs as required
- Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence
Requirements:
- Active NYS Occupational Therapist license
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- 1+ year experience preferred (home care a plus)
