Outreach Ambassador – PACE Program
Owensboro, KY
Full-Time
$65,000 – $70,000 + Bonus Opportunity
About the Role
We’re seeking a driven and relationship-focused PACE Outreach Ambassador to support the growth of a mission-driven healthcare program serving older adults. This role sits at the front line of outreach and engagement—building community partnerships, generating referrals, and guiding prospective participants through the enrollment journey.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan aligned with growth goals

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources

Identify, qualify, and convert prospective participants into enrollments

Conduct consultative conversations with seniors, families, and caregivers to assess needs and align services

Represent the organization at community events, presentations, and networking opportunities

Maintain accurate documentation of outreach and referral activity in CRM systems

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from referral to enrollment

Monitor market trends and community needs to inform outreach strategy

Meet or exceed individual goals for referrals, enrollments, and engagement activities
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in community outreach, business development, or relationship-based sales
-
Background in healthcare, senior services, or nonprofit environments strongly preferred
-
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach or sales goals

Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience working with older adult populations is a plus

Familiarity with PACE, Medicare/Medicaid, or senior care services preferred

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Education

High School Diploma required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
Additional Requirements

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and required health clearances
