Job Description

Scheduling Coordinator
For more than 50 years, RCM Health Care Services has provided staffing solutions to the finest health care institutions across the nation. We specialize in permanent placement of Nursing, Health Information Management (HIM), Rehabilitation, Managed Care, Allied Health Care Professionals and Physicians as well as temporary placement and Travel Nurse assignments.

Overview:

  • Full-Time Hybrid: 3 days in the office (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days work from home each week
  • Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm EST Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Pair highly skilled health care/behavioral professionals with appropriate students
  • Maintain accurate schedule as updates occur
  • Provide constant communication with our large pool of staff

Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven experience in managing complex scheduling tasks
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
  • Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach
  • Maintaining accurate process flows

Ideal Candidate:

  • Understands nursing/behavioral roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and speak to every single new hire to welcome them to our team
  • Problem solver/Solution Oriented

Salary:

  • $40,000 – $45,000 per year
Benefits:
RCM Technologies offers a wide array of comprehensive benefit programs and services, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as company?paid Basic Life/AD&D and Core Long?Term Disability to benefits?eligible employees working at least 30 hours per week. Additional benefits may include paid time off (PTO), company?paid holidays, and paid sick leave (accrual based on hours worked), in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. Benefit offerings are subject to legal requirements, eligibility status, and work location. Employees over the age of 21 are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Savings Plan.
