Job Description

School Nurse Supervisor – New York, NY

Overview:

  • Full-Time Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home each week. Including field work to schools throughout NYC)

Schedule:

  • Day shift

RCM Health Care Services is currently looking for a School Nurse Supervisor to join our team! The School Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all our current school nurses, perform site visits at our schools located throughout NYC, as well as perform orientations for all newly hired school nurses.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all school nurses staffed by RCM Health Care Services at schools located in all boroughs throughout New York City.
  • Perform field visits at schools on a consistent basis
  • Hold trainings and orientations for new school nurse hires
  • Create and develop orientation and training material
  • Develop and demonstrate professionalism, collaboration, and leadership.
  • Collaborates to develop and sustain a professional learning environment to support all school nurses.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a current Registered Nurse.
  • Must have supervisory experience.
  • Must have knowledge of school nursing.
  • Must be able to perform field visits at schools throughout New York City.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN)
  • 1 years or more of school nursing with supervisory experience

COMPENSATION:

  • $105k-115k annual salary

RCM Technologies offers a wide array of comprehensive benefit programs and services, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as company-paid Basic Life/AD&D and Core Long-Term Disability to benefits-eligible employees working at least 30 hours per week. Additional benefits may include paid time off (PTO), company-paid holidays, and paid sick leave (accrual based on hours worked), in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. Benefit offerings are subject to legal requirements, eligibility status, and work location. Employees over the age of 21 are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Savings Plan.
