Job Description

K-12 Educational Services Sales Representative

Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 annually + Commission

Location: New York, NY

Position Summary

We are seeking a high-performing K-12 Educational Services Sales Representative to drive new business growth within school districts throughout a designated territory. In this consultative sales role, you will partner with district leaders to deliver school-based staffing and behavioral health solutions that support student success and district outcomes. You will be responsible for selling services including School Nurses, Behavioral Health professionals, Paraprofessionals, RBTs, and other educational support personnel. This opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who understands K-12 decision-making processes, education funding, and complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Schedule / Shift

  • Shift details: Monday – Friday, Business Hours

  • Hours per week: 40

  • Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Duties

  • Identify, develop, and secure new K-12 school district partnerships within a designated territory

  • Build relationships with superintendents, special education leaders, administrators, and procurement teams

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through contract negotiation and execution

  • Pursue RFPs, bids, and competitive opportunities to expand market share

  • Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling staffing and behavioral health services

  • Develop and execute territory plans focused on pipeline growth and revenue generation

  • Track sales activity, opportunities, and forecasts within Bullhorn CRM

  • Partner with recruiting, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful service delivery

Requirements

Education

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

Experience

  • Required: 5+ years of experience in a national sales environment with demonstrated success selling services or solutions into K-12 school districts

  • Preferred: Experience selling education services, school staffing, healthcare staffing, or behavioral health services

Skills

  • Strong understanding of school district purchasing processes, funding models, and procurement timelines

  • Proven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles

  • Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Bullhorn
