Title: Marketing Assistant  

Salary: $45K 

Location: Hybrid New York, NY 

Position Summary 
We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant support day-to-day activities with a strong focus on event coordination and administrative support. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional looking for hands-on experience supporting marketing efforts.  

This role is hybrid, based out of our Midtown Manhattan office near Penn Station. 

Schedule details: 8:30am-5:30pm Monday – Friday 

Key Duties: 

• Support the planning and execution of job fairs, conferences, and internal events 

• Coordinate event logistics, including registration, travel arrangements, and materials  

• Prepare, pack, and ship event supplies to ensure everything arrives on time and intact  

• Manage inventory of event materials and giveaways, keeping items organized and stocked  

• Assist with internal coordination leading up to events  

• Help coordinate post-event follow-up, including attendee communications  

• Coordinate and manage logistics for direct mail and gift campaigns 

• Provide general administrative and operational support across teams as needed 

Requirements 

• Education: BA/BS  

• Internship or prior office experience preferred  

• Comfortable handling administrative and coordination-heavy responsibilities  

• Interest in working as part of a collaborative team  

• Ability to lift and move items up to 25lbs 

Skills 

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality and organization 

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks at once
