Job Description

RCM Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Behavior Specialist/BCBA to supervise 3 RBTs in Broomall /Aston, PA.  Equating to 6 or so hours per week.

Job Title: Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) / Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Hourly Rate: $60.00 per hour
Location: Aston, PA and Broomall, PA

Onsite – community-based, school-based, clinic-based, and/or client home settings, supervision of RBTs

Position Summary 
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will provide school-based behavioral consultation, assessment, and intervention services to students in educational settings in the Aston, PA area. You will collaborate with special education teams, teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to support students’ academic, social, emotional, communication, and behavioral success. The BCBA will develop and monitor individualized behavior support plans and provide supervision, training, and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other assigned staff. Responsibilities

# Key Duties:
– Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), classroom observations, and data reviews to identify barriers to student learning and participation
– Develop, implement, and revise individualized behavior intervention plans and positive behavior support plans aligned with students’ IEPs and educational goals
– Provide direct and indirect supervision, training, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs and assigned support staff in accordance with BACB supervision requirements
– Review behavioral data and service documentation; monitor student progress and adjust interventions to support meaningful educational outcomes
– Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, school administrators, related service providers, and families; provide consultation and staff training on evidence-based behavioral strategies
Requirements 
# Education
– Required: Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or a closely related field
– Preferred (if applicable): Experience providing behavioral consultation and ABA services in public, charter, private, or specialized school settings
# Licenses & Certifications
– Required: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and eligibility to practice as a behavior specialist in Pennsylvania, as applicable
– Additional certifications (if applicable): Pennsylvania Department of Education credentials, clearances, and/or school-required certifications may be required based on assignment
Skills:
– Demonstrated experience conducting school-based behavioral assessments and developing individualized behavior support plans
– Strong collaboration, consultation, coaching, and documentation skills, including the ability to supervise and support RBTs in educational settings
– Ability to analyze student behavioral data, monitor intervention effectiveness, and adjust programming to support IEP and educational goals
– Knowledge of ABA principles, positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS), special education practices, BACB Ethics Code, and applicable Pennsylvania school requirements
