Position Summary
RCM Health Care is seeking a School Psychologist to provide services full or part time at a high school school in Trenton, New Jersey 08609. This position will support the Child Study Team (CST) through evaluations, reporting, and meeting participation. The role follows the NASP Model for Comprehensive School Psychology and focuses on promoting students’ academic, social-emotional, and behavioral success through collaboration with educators, families, and support staff. Responsibilities
Schedule / Shift

• Hours per week: 8am-3pm
• Contract length (if applicable): 9/1/2026-11/6/2026

Key Duties

• Serve as a member of the Child Study Team (CST) and participate in CST meetings as needed
• Complete comprehensive psychological evaluations and prepare detailed reports
• Assist with case management activities and IEP development
• Provide individual and/or group counseling services when appropriate
• Support pre-referral intervention processes, RTI initiatives, and evidence-based practices for diverse learners, including preschool and ABA/FBA programming

Requirements
Education

• Required: Master's Degree or higher in School Psychology

Licenses & Certifications

• Required: Current New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) School Psychologist Certificate

Skills

• Knowledge of special education regulations, processes, and eligibility determination
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and interpreting assessment data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with evidence-based interventions and supports for diverse student populations
