About the Role
RCM Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate, motivated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Hawaii. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates interested in behavioral health, psychology, education, or working with children and families.
No prior RBT certification is required. RCM Healthcare Services will guide you through the entire training process and pay for your RBT certification exam. Training can be completed online while you complete onboarding, allowing you to start your career quickly and confidently.

What You’ll Do

• Work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed to support skill development and positive behavior
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
• Support clients with communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
• Follow ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality at all times

Training & Certification

• RCM Healthcare Services provides paid RBT training
• Training is completed online during the onboarding process
• RCM covers the cost of the RBT certification exam
• Ongoing supervision and professional support provided

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Desire to work with children or individuals with developmental or behavioral needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed
• Ability to pass background checks and required clearances
• No prior experience required — we welcome entry-level candidates
