Client Success Specialist

Salary Range: $40,000 – $45,000 per year

Location: Remote

Position Summary

As a Client Success Specialist, you will support healthcare and behavioral staffing operations by coordinating professionals with appropriate student placements while maintaining accurate scheduling and communication workflows. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication with staff and clients. Responsibilities

Schedule / Shift

• Shift details: Monday – Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
• Lunch Break: 1 hour

Key Duties

• Pair highly skilled healthcare and behavioral professionals with appropriate students
• Maintain accurate schedules and update staffing changes as needed
• Communicate consistently with a large pool of healthcare professionals and new hires
• Maintain accurate process flows and staffing records
• Provide exceptional customer service with a client-focused approach
• Support onboarding efforts by welcoming and communicating with all new hires
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Education

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field

Skills

• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proven experience managing complex scheduling tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
• Understanding of nursing and behavioral health roles
• Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with new hires
