RCM Healthcare is seeking passionate Registered Nurses to join our team as Substitute School Nurses in Philadelphia, PA.  The Substitute School Nurse is responsible for promoting health and safety in the school environment and provide health services to students, faculty, and staff.  Looking for RN's for the remainder of this school year, ESY and/or next year.

Schedule:
Per Diem, Part-time, As needed

Your Role:
• Direct Nursing Care – Provide care to students and staff who visit the health office for minor injuries, illnesses, and medication administration.
• Health Assessments & Screenings – Conduct assessments and screenings to identify health issues, providing appropriate interventions or referrals as necessary.
• Record Maintenance – Maintain accurate and confidential health records for all students, including immunization records, health history, and medication logs.
• Collaboration – Work with school administrators, teachers, and parents to develop and implement health policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy school environment.
• Health Education – Educate students, staff, and parents on health topics like nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention.

School Nurse Job Requirements:
• Pennsylvania Nursing License: You must hold a valid and active Pennsylvania RN License
• Pennsylvania Department of Education Certificate
• Current CPR Card: Possession of current CPR Card is required to ensure readiness in emergency situations.

Will follow Academic Calendar – as needed basis

$40-$45/hour – based on experience
