Client Success Specialist – Remote

Salary Range: $40,000 – $45,000 per year

Position Summary
As a Client Success Specialist, you will support K-12 school partners by pairing highly skilled health care and behavioral professionals with the students who need them. You will keep schedules accurate as changes occur and stay in constant communication with a large pool of staff to ensure smooth, reliable coverage. Responsibilities
Schedule / Shift

• Shift details: 7am-4pm Pacific
• Hours per week: 40

Key Duties

• Pair highly skilled health care and behavioral professionals with appropriate students
• Maintain accurate schedules as updates occur
• Provide constant communication with our large pool of staff
• Call every new hire to welcome them to our team
• Maintain accurate process flows

Requirements
Education

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree

Skills

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with proven experience managing complex scheduling tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and an excellent, client-focused approach to customer service
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; problem solver who is solution oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets; understanding of nursing and behavioral roles is a plus
