Salary Range: $340,000 – $540,000 per year

Position Summary
As a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist, you will provide comprehensive outpatient dermatologic care within a highly respected, mission-driven health system in the Greater Boston area. This role offers the opportunity to tailor your practice based on clinical interests while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse population. You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary network, supported by experienced staff and advanced clinical resources, in a setting committed to health equity and excellence.

• Key Duties:

• Provide comprehensive dermatologic care, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic services
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of skin conditions
• Tailor caseload based on clinical interests such as medical dermatology, procedural care, or cosmetic services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care
• Ensure high standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and documentation
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care to diverse populations

Requirements
• Education

• Required: MD or DO from an accredited institution

• Licenses & Certifications

• Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology; eligibility for Massachusetts medical licensure

Skills:

• Strong clinical expertise in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
